Sorry, no ghost for this, because I can't hex the stuffs correctly, it kept desyncing.
13F faster than in the 120 stars TAS, and 11F faster than dar gos' try.

The pre-volcano part wasn't made by me.
The pole has a weird sort of invisible floor that enables Mario to immediately move instead of waiting. I found the trick by playing my very old SM64 hack where you had to land on that platform, and I noticed that when I tried once, I grabbed the pole much earlier than normal, so I wanted to try !
