PB'd by nearly a minute to clutch the 18! Had a pretty big meltdown between HMC and BLJs, and plenty of small mistakes throughout. Despite all that time save on the table, I don't think I'm currently capable of a 17, so I'd need to learn some things before I come back to this category.

FIRST 5:02! Matched my glitchless PB to 8-2 then got BBG and one frame walljump in 8-4 with a pretty quick glitchless 3rd room! Really good run for having to deal with about 4 frames of input lag. Awesome run for the first day!

Got the WR back! Not too happy with this run since this is a pity WR and I was going for a 19:44, but a WR is a WR. I was a framerule ahead of this run into 8-4 like an hour before this run, and it died to shorting turnaround room by one pixel, so at least I got some redemption for that. Theres a couple easy framerules I missed in this run, so expect a 19:44 tomorrow!
