Haven't done one in a while, figured I could upload this one.
The beginning was kinda bad, so was Basement. BitFS was very mean to me. Missed too many throws overall, BitFS and BitS.
I may try again in the future, I can certainly get a better time than this.
Sorry if there is a slight audio desynch, tried to fix as best I can.

I think it is possible to do it in 2 a presses if you take the a press from jumping while sliding and using to ground pound where the box is, though i could never get QUITE enough distance. another a press if its possible to frame walk up the mountain, looked too steep for me to want to try, frame walking is really hard to do on the mountain anyway.
