Before you say: "This was emulated! You can't run HD Textures on the Switch!" Well I'm afraid to tell you that you are wrong on both sides. This was fully played on the Nintendo Switch.
Recently bought Super Mario™ 3D All-Stars & decided to mod Mario Sunshine. Its been more than a decade since I played Mario Sunshine so I decided to go play it, but with a nice coat of paint. Some textures (specially in Noki Bay) crashes the game since the textures are either 4K or 8K. I did however resized those textures to better suit the switch since 8K textures crashes the game. So I had to adjust those textures Mid Stream after my first 2 crashes. I then fix this and reimplemented them while playing. The rest was fully stable! (Surprisingly 4K rarely does crash the game, but what's the point if the switch run at 1080p/720p lol.)
I used the Dolphin UHD Textures by qashto:

Note: I could not replace all the textures, though I plan on doing so one possible.
