Your Maybe Wondering How I did this. Well I used a software called SYSDVR it allows you to stream your switch via usb to pc which is super helpful with obs recording the bandicam fps checker on the top left of the screen defines that the original video was 30fps and yet i 60fps the video with no occasion whatsoever
