This is a Super Mario Bros Speed Hack. It is really difficult if you try to play it normally.
I decided to do a little Tool-Assisted run of it. This was really interesting, I enjoyed TASing this.
You can see that the game is so fast that it glitches out alot. Super Mario Bros was never meant to go this fast XD

Keep in mind that this is Tool-Assisted which means Emulator Tools such as Frame Advance (Slowdown) and Re-Recording (Savestates) were used for perfect control. This is only meant as entertainment, not to show off player skills.
