Here is a super easy and quick meal prep for the week, made up of cheap meals & recipes that will help you lose weight and be healthy.

Ingredient Breakdown:
Breakfast Superfood Smoothie:
• Kale: 45g / 1.6 oz
• 3 carrots
• 3 medium bananas
• 225g / 8oz mango
• 3 tbsp hemp seeds
• 112g/4oz / 3 scoops
Lunch Choc Oats:
• 240g/8.5oz Oats
• 225g/8oz Berries
• 3 Medjool dates
• 3tsp Maple syrup
• 600ml/2.5 cups Soy milk
• 6tsp Cacao Powder
• 3 Tbsp Protein Powder
Dinner: Indian Wraps
• Spices: 3tsp salt, 3tsp garlic powder, 1tsp black pepper, 4.5tsp garam masala, 3tsp turmeric, 3tsp maple syrup
• Sauce: 90g/3.2oz Walnuts, 3tsp soy sauce, 1tsp lemon juice
• 600g/1.3lbs cooked chickpeas
• Half Red Bell pepper
• Handful lettuce
• 240g/8.5oz / 6 medium Whole grain wheat tortillas
• 1.5 tsp olive oil
Snack: 3 Tbsp Peanut butter, 3 Apples & 3 bananas
