Hello everyone!

I tried to make this tutorial simple to follow, hope it is! Sorry if I am off camera or ramble a little LOL! A bit rusty I guess :)

I was asked by a subbie to share how I added my dangles to the paper tassels for my daughter and her friends. This is what works for me and please feel free to use it as a guide to what makes it easy for you!
