This is on New Game/First Playthrough. Came up with a build that does not use EXPOSING ATTACK and defeats all 4 DLC Super Bosses while using less than 300 Lumina Points for each character.
Make sure to have the same attributes, stats, Picto levels and Lumina for same results. The build I'm using is meant to be one for all the 4 DLC Super Bossess:
Chromatic Lampmaster
Duollistes (Duolliste)

TURN ORDER:
Remove everyone from your party except Monoco. Then add Maelle followed by Sciel. Be sure to be at full HP at the start of the battle.
CHROMATIC LAMPPASTER:
Turn 1 & 2 Monoco: Shoot until no AP is left. Then do a Base Attack. The goal is to reach 100 burns and maximize the Gradient Bar.
Turn 1 Maelle: Use Burning Canvas to take away Life #1. This will also max the Gradient Bar.
Turn 2 Maelle: She will consume the Gradient Bar on this turn. Use Gustave's Homage to take away Life #2. This should also switch Maelle to Virtuose Stance.
Turn 1 Sciel: Use Our Sacrifice to proc Shortcut on Monoco and Maelle, allowing them to go again before the Chromatic Lampmaster.
Turn 2 Sciel: Cast Intervention on Maelle.
Turn 3 Monoco: Shoot until no AP is left. Then do a Base Attack. The goal is to increase burns and maximize the Gradient Bar.
Turn 4 Monoco: Shoot until no AP is left and skip the turn. DO NOT max the Gradient Bar.
Turn 3 Maelle: Use Burning Canvas to finish off Life #3.
Turn 4 Maelle: Consume the Gradient Bar and use Gustave's Homage to take away Life #4.
Turn 5 Maelle: Finally, use Gustave's Homage one last time to finally burn the Chromatic Lampmaster's final lamp by ending its Life #5.

Here is Part 2 of 2 of my RE9 Requiem 100% achievement guide. In this video, I’ll show you how to complete the game on the INSANITY difficulty under 3 hours, finish the FINAL PUZZLE Challenge and collect all the remaining trophies/achievements along the way. The goal was to make this easy so that more gamers could get all the trophies/achievements. Utilizing CP to unlock infinite ammo and RPG makes the games easier, but the enemies get more dangerous and one mistake can knock you dead!

In the next playthrough, after escaping the basement, you need to head to the Lead Researchers Office with Maries Doll in you inventory and while holding Emily. Approach the safe that held the Star Quartz and enter the following code: Sun, Sun, Star - Sun, Moon, Star - Sun, Moon, Sun - Moon, Star Moon.
You will hear a laughter and the message will appear that the Final Puzzle challenge has been completed, netting you and extra 20,000 CP.

1. My OBS crashed at times, so had to manually edit one or two Trophy pop-ups as I had already gotten them before the crash.
2. You do not need to acquire the safe codes or other clues to the puzzles if you already know the answers.
3. Try to save your CP and use it to unlock Unlimited Ammo, RPG and Infinite Ammo for RPG.

TURN ORDER:
Remove everyone from your party except Monoco. Then add Maelle followed by Sciel. Be sure to be at full HP at the start of the battle, except for Maelle - she needs to be at 1HP. Equip Auto Death + Survivor on her if she’s not at 1 HP.
SIMON, THE DIVERGENT STAR:
Simon goes first, to either parry of dodge all his attacks. I dodged so that I could fill up the Gradient Bar as needed.
Turn 1 & 2 Monoco: Shoot until no AP is left. Then do a Base Attack. The goal is to apply as many burns as possible and maximize the Gradient Bar.
Turn 1 Maelle: Shoot once and then do Swift Stride to max the Gradient Bar and switch to Virtuose stance.
Turn 2 Maelle: Use Burning Canvas to end Phase 1.
Turn 1 Lune: Use Elemental Trick to generate 4 stains.
Turn 2 Lune: Do a Base Attack to change them to Dark Stains.
Turn 1 Verso: Apply one burn by shooting. Thats all for him.
Turn 1 Sciel: Cast Fortunes Fury on Lune.
Turn 2 Sciel: Cast Intervention on Lune.
Turn 3 Lune: Use Lightning Dance to finish the fight.

Technically not a one-shot if you say that Clea Unleashed didnt go down in the setup leading to Sciel building up all her buffs. But once the setup is done, the damage delivered by Sciel is so high - over 120 million - that you can drop Clea super easily.
