Let’s get the look of elegant die-cut silhouette flowers - with a touch of whimsy -- by just using an index card, a black marker, and a pair of sharp scissors. (and in my case, way too much morning coffee!)
They fit perfectly into an unusual little paper frame for a journal card, but can be used on tags, covers, or almost anything.
