I made most of this in TFM or VGMM around 2014-2015 as a swing beat experiment IIRC, with some finishing touches in 2016. It's inspired by some european MD game OSTs. If I revisit it I'd probably use sampled drums and maybe flesh out the second mid section. Anyway, enjoy!
