Come with me while I make some cheap and easy oat milk! If you are gluten free, just make sure to get GF oats (which you probably already know). Here's the "recipe":
HOMEMADE OAT MILK
* 1 cup rolled oats
* 4 cups iced water
* blend for 15-30 seconds
* strain in fine mesh nut bag
* it's ready for consumption! My kids like it with cereal, I like to use it in my chocolate smoothie breakfast bowl (yes, those are as good as they sound).
