Super C: Area One Theme - SWJonesMusic
Welcome to the ninth instalment of my VGC Series. For this instalment I decided to put my own spin on some of the music from Super C. This game was easily one of the best co-op games for the NES. It was tons of fun. I spent many an hour dodging bullets and doing perfect jump flips all over the screen. And what better way to spend your day than taking on an alien force? All the while getting pumped up from the accompanying soundtrack, feeling as though you were the bad ass your character embodied. The music was part of the allure drawing you back, pushing you on as you got to another level and doing so with a friend kicking ass by your side.
For as long as I can remember I have been drawn to video game music for inspiration. It has been a major factor in almost all of my favourite games which is a big part of why I want to do these covers.
