A fun animatic I did of some friends on the SMP I’m in, NGSMP! This is a story that happened a while ago now, but I discovered this song recently and had an amazing idea for this animation with that story! I hope y’all enjoy this more experimental take on my usual animatics, this was hella fun to play around with!
The story goes that the tall stitched up skunk, F0rk had just come back from a supposed “self care day” to see a skull masked opossum, Skull, standing in the middle of his private office, uninvited. Skull starts yelling at F0rk about something he can’t quite understand, about someone he looked like and used to be. How he’s gotten cold, how he used to care for the things he now considers “expendable”. F0rk wanting nothing to do with this supposed “past self” and in an effort to prove his lack of connection to Skull’s “delusions”, mercilessly slices open a sentient potted plant, effectively killing it. Seeing its lifeless corpse lain strewn across the ground, this causes Skull to snap at the man he once called his friend, burning all bridges at once. It all happened too fast. A beat. And Skull is ordered to leave the premises. Perhaps there’s some regret in their eyes as their gazes meet. Or perhaps it had to be this way. Whatever happened in their past, doesn’t matter anymore. It’s all meaningless anyways on this island.
What once was wonderful? Now nothing.

As I was designated to be the closing track on the album, Summer’s End is a song about the bittersweet conflicting feelings of the end of summer. A very stripped back, guitar and vocal only track, like having a conversation by a campfire as the summer sun sets. To me, summer always represented freedom, excitement, meeting friends and family, and staying up past midnight without worrying about waking up early the next day. This is a song about being aware of the passage of time and that good times must come to and end, but not letting it stop you from fully enjoying the moment. Although it may seem hard when the end is just on the horizon, I promise you we’ll dance through summer’s end somehow, just like we have before, and how we will continue to, time and time again.

The world deserves to know your story. Let’s end it on a good note.
So I joined a new SMP recently called Desires SMP and I’ve been going absolutely insane over my character’s story. If you’ve been following me on my other socials, you may recognize this character, since it’s one I’ve been using for a little over a year now in another SMP called Sharkbite SMP! This character has never been publicly debuted on stream before 2025, but with the start of Desires, I just KNEW I had to use my lil blue emo fox boi for the story!
This prologue serves as a brief introduction for my character: Arctica (same name as me) in the universe of Desires. It follows his otherwise mysteriously uneventful death and his feelings about the life he lived right as he arrives to the gates of “limbo”. Arctica’s story will be one where he learns to grieve now that he has the time to. He must get closure on his own, but maybe if he’s lucky, he won’t have to do that by himself.
