Our state-of-the-art sheet metal fabrication & powder coating facility is located near Vancouver, Washington. We make all of our reflectors from scratch. We design, cut, punch & bend on computer controlled sheet metal machinery. Many of our competitors offer imported reflectors that are not made with the same exacting standards, attention to detail or with the same quality of materials.
The material inside a reflector is critical for its performance. We use a 95-98% reflective aluminum that we import from Germany. Our competitors use a 86 – 87% reflective Chinese material that will degrade even more over time. Beyond the reflectivity, the diffusion properties and uniformity of the German aluminum is far superior to the Chinese look-a-like material.
