Sharing a reverse blackout technique card created with the Sunflower 3D Embossing Folder, one of Stampin' Up!'s July Online Exclusives.
Reverse blackout technique is a creative way to color in reversed embossed images with Stampin' Blends, then apply black memento ink over the entire panel making the colored image pop.
