A video of sumo wrestlers from a stable in Ryogoku during their regular morning practice. It was pretty hard to get a reservation to see all this; took two months of planning and correspondence! But it certainly was one of the best things from my trip to Japan.
Amidst the sumo wrestlers in the video is Osunaarashi, a top division sumo wrestling Japan icon who is currently the only professional Egyptian and African sumo wrestler. A real nice guy, puts on a funny face for any photo taken with him!
