Sumo In A Sidecar Cocktail with Sake and Apricot Brandy Liqueur is a fantastic Low ABV riff on the classic Sidecar. Replacing the Cognac with Apricot Liqueur and Orange Liqueur with Sake, you have a lovely light and enjoyable sip for any time of the day.
I haven't used as much Sake as I wanted, so I plan to change this. Sake and all of the variations of this drink are amazing for cocktails. So, I will be sharing some more recipes.
