- Familiarisation D&D - runescape.com/kbase/guid/familiarisation
- Waterfiends Slayer Task
- Saradomin Godsword/Zamorak Spear
- Steel titan with scrolls

Speed per 40 minutes
Standard: 70-80 crimson
Familiarisation only: 250 crimson
Slayer only 100-120 crimson
Slayer + Familiarisation: 300+ crimson
If you're too low combat I can garuntee you'll die.
