This is the opening theme to Summon Night: Twin Age, my first and still only real exposure to the Summon Night series, developed by Flight-Plan. Go figure it'd be the one no one mentions. I have fond memories of it though, and the music's pretty good, and the previous individual uploads of the entire soundtrack have long been deleted, so there ya go.
Music's composed by Kengo Sakurai. Summon Night as a property is owned by Bandai Namco, although this game was published by Atlus in North America and Banpresto in Japan.
