Some return or go to other parks, cruise ships, dinner theatre, resorts, Off-Broadway, Vegas, TV or Music or Dance Teachers etc. Some Stage Managers, Technicians and Costumers also major as such. “The Only Talent Isn’t the Talent On Stage” as I say. Some performers and techs return for Summer and/or HalloWeekends in the same or different shows.
