😎 Sun's out. Arugula is OUT. BUT, arugula is not a substitute for sunscreen.

This summer, protect yourself with the basics that work:

✔️ Applying broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 15 for sun protection. If using both sunscreen and insect repellent, apply sunscreen first.
✔️ Wear a wide-brimmed hat.
✔️ Drink plenty of water.

Save the arugula for the salad. Save your skin with the real stuff.
