Summer sketchbook day 7!
A wonderful bird is a pelican.
It’s beak can hold more than its bellycan
My grandpa used to recite that poem and just laugh and laugh. And my husband got such a kick out of my grandpa, I’m pretty sure that’s where this pelican came from.
Don’t get intimidated by the drawing because it’s really simple and so is the watercolor. Just a cute summer illustration!
