My official entry for the Neumann Films "Summer In" short film competition!

First and foremost I'd like to thank Neumann Films, judges, and sponsors for hosting this "Summer In " contest because it gave me an incentive to go out and shoot. Secondly, I was able to explore and experience the great beauty Alaska has to offer... probably lost a few pounds with the hiking too.

I set my mind out to create a video showing the scenery, atmosphere, and natural wildlife among Central Alaska. Most of this video was shot around the Kenai Peninsula and Denali area.

Everything was recorded with a Panasonic GH4 - captured in 4K. Some were filmed with the 96fps frame rate option too. CinelikeD was set for my picture style and in post, I used Filmconvert to adjust each frame's look.

All was filmed in one week in part of Summer vacation with my family.
