I love this dehydrator. It's a pricy one, but I wanted a good brand, made in the US and this one has 9 trays!
I decided that I would save up the money to buy one. I knew it would take a while, but I wanted to have it before I started harvesting from the garden. With expanding the garden, I wanted another option for preserving. Our freezers are already full and I don't have a ton of space for storing canned goods.
I like buying things second hand, but I know it can take a while to find what you're looking for when you want a specific brand. I went online anyway to check what was currently available. You guessed it! The exact dehydrator that I wanted was listed and for a huge discount compared to buying it new! Enough of a discount that I could get it now rather than save up.
God was looking out for me. He knows what we want and what we need. He doesn't always answer prayers in the way that we want Him to, but then other times He gives us exactly what our hearts desire.
