BEAUTY, SKINCARE & HEALTHY HAIR
My Skin ID - I have normal to dry skin on my face. I don't get flaky patches, and my skin remains clear and smooth when not moisturized, but I can also add moisture 2-3 times a day without throwing off my oil glands, changing pH, and such. My nose can run oily sometimes and always has slight traces of blackheads. My skin isn't too sensitive except around my chin and jawline, but I don't have a bad reaction to most products. My skin is able to tan. I carry weight in my face easily, but I have always had squishy cheeks.

Sunscreen: Avoid sunscreens that include Benzophenone-3 (also known as Oxybenzone) and Avobenzone (also known as benzophenone) since those absorb into your bloodstream. There's more out there, so do some research. I'm still hunting for the healthiest, most effective & also affordable sunscreens, but I wanted to raise awareness for this issue w/ USA's FDA regulations.

Jade Roller: This device lightly massages your skin to help with circulation. If you roll your face in a certain way, you can reduce puffiness.
Derma Roller: This micro-needling tool creates microtears in the skin. The 2 most common sizes are .25mm & .5mm needles. The .5mm derm rollers help reduce the appearance of scars, stretch marks & fine lines.
