Each of the three heads has a different elemental resistance. The first head is resistant to fire runes, the second is resistant to lightning attacks, and the third is resistant to wind attacks. Use your best attacks and go all out in this fight. Though the Golden Hydra has some powerful attacks, if you have a healer it shouldn't be very difficult.
