You can do this in a custom game with a friend or even with yourself in split-screen. You will lose it if you back out of a revive while in the process of reviving.Tombstone Perma-Perk is acquired after buying 4 perks before round 3. While there seems to be a correlation (for instance I have a 400 K/D, players on my friends list with the knife emblem have somewhere between 160 - 230, and players with just the skull have an even lower K/D), as you can see from the comments below, there are players with a low K/D who still have shotguns.I maintain that there is probably a number of factors at work. A high round is probably important (most players at the top of the leaderboards have shotguns) as well as a high K/D (clearly there is some relationship if not a causal one).It is certain, however, that the strikes and accompanying blue eyes refer to playing consistency.Keep posting comments telling us your rank and your K/D (kills divided by downs) and any high rounds.
