Magnetic chuck repair is complete. With the proper application of chemicals and sealants I hope to never see the inside of this chuck again. I'm very happy with the Molykote G-rapid paste grease. The sliding action of the magnet pack is superb. I don't believe this chuck was this smooth even from the factory.
Safety violations in this video.
1. Improper handling of permanent magnets
2. No SDS for raspberry jam anaerobic sealant.
3. No SDS for Molykote G rapid paste.
4. Lack of safety blocking during assembly.
5. Fire hazard during hard turning operation.
6. No assigned fire watch.
