One of the greatest football players Zlatan Ibrahimovic had a very difficult childhood. He was grew up in a poor family as one of 5 siblings and lived in a very dangerous neighborhood in Malmö, Sweden. His mother was a cleaning lady and his father was a caretaker.
His dad had a drinking problem, so When Zlatan was only 2 years old, his parents divorced.
He loved his father dearly, but because their fridge was filled mostly with beer, Zlatan was often hungry, so he used to run to his mom to eat food.
Money were always a problem. His family had next to nothing, so at one point he turned to stealing. Mostly bikes and anything he needed from the store.
He was a skinny boy who didn't fit in and was very self-conscious about his big nose. He wasn't a great student and went to school mostly for the free lunch. And because He spoke with a lisp, he felt humiliated when the school hired a special teacher to work with him.
Every difficulty he had to face and overcome in the past, transformed him into the powerful beast he is today. There is nothing he can't overcome.
At the age of 15 He began his career at Malmö FF. But he almost quit football to work at the docks. Thankfully, his coach talked him out of it. He knew that Zlatan must play football. And he was right.
In his amazing career he was part of many clubs. From AFC Ajax, Juventus F.C and Inter to F.C. Barcelona in one of the world's most expensive transfers. To A.C. Milan, Paris ST. Germain, Manchester United, La Galaxy and now Back to Milan.
Zlatan Ibrahimović has won many awards and is known as a monster on the field. Having won 31 trophies in his career, He is one of the most decorated active football players in the world. Zlatan is best know for his incredible technique and strength. With his powerful striking ability he is regarded as one of the best strikers of all time scoring over 560 career goals.
