I show how to get the improved fins in subnautica 2 in this guide. The improved fins location or improved fin fragment locations can all be found to the southeast of the alien observatory. So I show a route to scan 3 improved fin fragments and unlock the improved fins blueprint. In other words I show the fin upgrade location.
