"It was okay. I was actually upset that I missed a couple of scares. Completely my own fault.

I would suggest having the option for the playable character to leave the premise for an alternate ending. It can be as lame as you want it to be. In my opinion, horror games that have that feature are good horror games. Especially if the game is more comedy than horror.
