In this quick 3D printing update, I share my latest "bib" design – a super simple nozzle bib that keeps your hotend squeaky clean without any hassle! Made from ABS, it uses a stack of office paper as a spring and masking tape. No more manual cleaning or purging – it handles purge lines perfectly and works with any M6-threaded hotend like CHC or high-flow variants. Started as a folded envelope hack, this optional accessory is easy to print, adjust to your printer's height, and super glue if needed. I've printed over 10 benchys with zero issues, and it parks/homes flawlessly every time. Stupid simple, print-and-go – everything old is new again! If you're tired of dirty nozzles ruining your prints, this is a game-changer. I'm still dialing in cooling for perfect benchys, but the bib is rock solid. Files/STL coming soon?
