In this episode, I’ve returned to the wilds of Australia on a mission to find one of the most dangerous fish on the planet. I’ll show you exactly the brutal way they defend themselves with venom-loaded spines capable of unleashing agonizing pain. I’m going to test that venom on myself to find out just how devastating this sting is compared to every other toxic fish I’ve faced. Where will the Bull Rout land on the Brave Wilderness Bite Sting Index!?
Make no mistake—this is an excruciatingly painful and potentially life-threatening sting. I can’t emphasize this enough: I am a trained professional performing a highly controlled test. DO NOT attempt anything like this under any circumstances!
Huge thanks to Miller Wilson for helping our team track down, identify, and safely work with the freshwater stonefish! / @millerwilson
