Join me for this great lower carb dish (leave out the pasta at the end). Today I'm going to modify a recipe from Southern Cast Iron Magazine since we couldn't find any pasta shells. I use mushroom caps instead of shells that will reduce the carb count as well as add flavor. This really turned out great, so I hope you will try it.
