hello again. this is a bit of a longer vlog because this week was quite hectic. i made my largest earring batch ever (10 pairs! (I tried 11 but one pair sadly, did not make it), and show you my whole process from start to finish - even packing the very earrings I made that sold. I'm so so so grateful that I've sold 8 of the original 10 pairs - and people have contacted me to pre-order a couple of the most popular ones :) next batch I'll be making a lot of houses and such. I've also added an "earrings" tab on my website to collect a running archive of the earrings I've made :) check it out at meganwangart.com/earrings ! if you still want to grab a pair there's a few left on my etsy store too! making those earrings so quickly was fun, but I think next time I should slow down a bit, i'm afraid of burning out!
in this video I also talk a little bit about growth on instagram (i reached 1k followers last week omg) and how i'm so grateful my lil art network has grown over the past few months and i've been able to connect with so many lovely artists all over the world! (i chatted with someone from france the other day (got to practice my RUSTY french lolol) and know artists who live in australia??? wild!!!!)
i'm just so excited for the next few months and see where this journey shall take me. :') have a lovely week ahead and don't forget to rest your eyes, stretch, drink water, and breathe deeply.
