I haven't posted an update here for quite awhile. We stalled in December and didn't get anything done, but we have made quite a bit of progress since the beginning of the year. So much that we are almost finished and ready for me to start moving back in, hopefully next week.

I'll do a tour once I am moved back in, but I wanted to share the changes so far.
