Student Journalism Bootcamp Held At Cox Media Center @daytoninformer

The Greater Dayton Association of Black Journalists held its annual Journalism Bootcamp for students at the Cox Media Center in Dayton today. Representatives of several local media outlets as well as The Dayton Police Department presented on various topics to approximately 35 aspiring student journalists who attended. Participants practiced covering a breaking news story, presenting in front of cameras in the WHIO studios, digital media and much more.
