here's a route I ran for a little while to farm familiarity to help get a run under 20s.
some places I focused on were the barrels by the assassin, the mountain path, and interacting with the chancellor.
an important note is that the FIRST time you perform an action in each loop you gain far more familiarity (something like 3x I think) so keep that in mind when planning your route
it's not necessary to kill the assassin or get to the throne room and you can instead spend more time on the mountain path and barrels which is what I was originally doing. eventually I added the chancellor once the barrels were low enough
not shown in the video but my barrels are around level 170 at 65 mana usage, and mountain path is level 90 with 100 mana usage.
and lastly I was using the 2x buff normally but left it out just for the video
