If you want a clear path from "never composed" to original tracks for PC & console games, grab the free roadmap: bestmusiccoach.com/roadmap?htrafficsource=yt&el=stuck-composers-vary-one-rhythm-to-turn-a-repeat-into-a-fres

I'm going to make Writer's Blog disappear from you in the next 10 seconds. Here's how you do it. You pick any rhythm. Pick any rhythm. There you go. We just got one.

Put that in your DAW, copy-paste that four times, change the notes. You've got your first four measures. Copy-paste those first four measures. Change some stuff in the second copy-paste that you did. Take those eight measures. Copy-paste those now. Radically change everything that's going on in there. Then take your first eight measures, copy that after the next eight measures you just copied, and keep going like that. You're going to have an entire composition.

You're welcome. You'll find more on this in the new book. It's called Compose Legendary Video Game Music. It's out on Amazon now.
