Former diplomat and negotiator Stuart E. Eizenstat spoke with historian Douglas Brinkley about his account of the greatest diplomatic negotiations of the past 50 years in his book, "The Art of Diplomacy." The discussion at the 2024 Library of Congress National Book Festival in Washington, D.C. covered every major contemporary international agreement from the treaty to end the Vietnam War to the Kyoto Protocols and the Iranian Nuclear Accord.
