A reverb pedal shootout of two of the best stereo reverb pedals in my arsenal - the modern classic Strymon Flint v2 and the NEW Keeley Nocturne reverb. Which would YOU pick?
The Strymon Flint has been my go-to in so many situations and pedalboard builds. It's versatile and just sounds great, not to mention the added tremolo options. But a couple months back, Keeley released their Nocturne and I began to fall in love with its ambient reverb sounds. The Nocturne mode, with its subtle modulation and "halo" effect is one of the best ambient reverbs I've played. Beyond that, Nocturne boasts solid spring reverb and plate reverb modes for more "everyday" reverb tones, so I wanted to compare it to the Strymon Flint and see how it stacked up in each mode.
