This is Strychnine Kiss's 1996 release Premonitions of a Darker Night. Strychnine Kiss is a California Industrial Rock/ Goth Rock band. I am unaware of any other releases by them. Kind of impressive that this was recorded,mixed & mastered within 36 hours.
