(The TW9000 model is much harder to find)
From my experience, the TW4000 will work just fine if you have a 16 foot boat, but I would opt for the TW9000 if you have an 18 foot boat. Even though the TW4000 got the job done with my boat, there was a noticeable difference between the two.
