Strobe Effect
Small Fountain
I couldn't find a brand mark on the packaging, I purchased them from a store selling mostly Black Cat items, but don't think these are made by Black Cat. A nice strobe effect then turning into a small fountain. These are fantastic and I hope to be able to find and purchase them again.
