With this sturdy overseaming machine, insoles are sewn on to the uppers. Compared to the conventional lasting method, the Strobel-method saves a significant amount of material. With this machine leathers or textiles up to a thickness of 7 mm can be sewn. This machine is equipped with a step motor for differential feed, to realise up to a maximum of 75% gathering.
This can result in less rejected shoes compared to conventional “ STROBELING” machines. Up to 99 programs can be stored, with 4, 6 or 8 sections of gathering in each program. The required percentage of gathering can be programmed in each section easily on the new style, full-colour,
touch screen. Programs are saved in pairs. Program the right shoe, the left is automatically saved. The program mode allows you to work in pairs or individually left or right shoes. Furthermore, in each segment the optional gathering device as well as the optional second tension can be
selected to be activated automatically when the selected section is reached.
