This memory link flashback is unlocked by obtaining the Trio badge in a linked Black/White game, and then talking to Cress after talking to the other gym leaders.

I've been replaying B2W2 again, and I think it's a missed opportunity that more memory link cutscenes aren't like this!

I'd like to upload more Black 2 / White 2 content soon™, as I put probably too much work into figuring out how to do this.
