Use your home canned or store bought jam to make this delicious moist cake-like quick bread with a caramel apple swirled interior, sweet streusel and drizzled icing on top. You can use any fruit jam or canned pie filling in this recipe if you wish. This bread is also great for a dessert topped with ice cream or as a breakfast coffee cake too.

3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pint caramel apple jam or 1-21 ounce pie filling [your choice of apple, blueberry, cherry or strawberry pie filling]
Streusel Topping
5 Tablespoons cold butter, cubed
1/3 cup flour
2 Tablespoons white sugar
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon
Glaze
ÂĽ cup powdered sugar
1-2 Tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
