Watch behind-the-scenes in my office where Elena from Electric Blue Alchemy and I have a play to create a specific background track for my next meditation. This one will be a Stress Relief Meditation and Elena brought her 174Hz singing bowl to assist with those frequencies.
As always, I can't say when this track will be released. All in Divine Timing and when it wants to be birthed. I also will only ever work on the editing of a track when I'm feeling fully aligned and high vibe!!
