So @pepodmc finally got back to me about an updated version of the mod. Once it was finally made I tested it out and here is the result. Thankfully now that the Stage 11/12 keys issue was solved I can seamlessly use both stage themes without needing to manually open them in Windows Media Player. Here are the list of tracks.
